Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Terms & Conditions governing the provision of freelance services by me (“the Business”) to you (“the Client”). By engaging my services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below:
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
All initial deposits (typically 10% of the quoted amount) are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all services including, but not limited to:

-
Graphic Design
-
Video Editing
-
Content Creation
Deposits secure your place in my schedule and cover administrative and preparatory work.

2. Refunds After Payment
Refunds will not be issued for any payment made more than 31 calendar days prior to the request.

3. Service-Specific Refund Conditions
Graphic Design, Web Design, Video Editing

If no concept or storyboard is approved and the Client declines revisions, the deposit will be retained as compensation for time and effort already invested.

Any additional deposits made after concept or asset approval are also non-refundable, except where I, the Business, cancel the project (see Section 5).

Final payments are due before delivery; no refunds will be issued after final deliverables are sent or published.

Content Creation Mentorship

No refunds will be offered unless a mentorship session is cancelled or shortened by me.

Clients are responsible for their own outcomes following mentorship. No refunds will be granted based on performance, growth, or client dissatisfaction with results.

Monthly Website Subscription

A minimum contract duration of 3 months is required.

If cancelled within this period, the Client must pay the full original project quote minus any already paid subscription fees.

Any annual or one-off fees paid by me on the Client’s behalf will be deducted from the most recent monthly payment, or invoiced if exceeding that amount.

No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription days or services.

4. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel your project at any time. However, please note:

All deposits and payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

Any work already completed will be billed in full.

For subscription cancellations, the minimum contract terms and deductions listed above will apply.

5. Cancellation by Business
I reserve the right to cancel any project due to:

Personal emergencies, illness, or bereavement

Legal, ethical, or reputational concerns

Breach of terms or misconduct by the Client
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at my discretion, based on:

The stage of project completion

Any non-recoverable expenses already incurred
-
Time already spent on your project
Refunds, if any, will be processed within 14 days of cancellation.

6. Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in via email to info@oafidan.com. Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued in accordance with this policy.
